Engines are completely disassembled.
Blocks are cleaned and metal grit blasted, bored to the next oversize, main
bearings are align bored, block is decked, painted with high quality engine
paint, or for an extra cost, powder coated. |

Crankshafts are cleaned, ground to the next
undersize and balanced. |

Connecting rod Big ends are checked for
size and are re-sized if necessary. Small ends are re-bushed and honed
and balanced. |
 |
Heads are cleaned and sandblasted.
Exhaust and
intake seats are replaced with hardened seats, new valves, bronze guides and
new springs are installed. The Head and Block are painted or powder coated. |

Rebuilt Engines include new Camshafts,
Tappets, Timing Chain and Gears, Oil Pump, Pistons, Water Pump, Rocker Shafts,
Rocker Arms, Gaskets and Seals. All other parts on Engine that are
black including oil pan, timing cover, front engine plate, water pump housing,
and lift
brackets will be powder coated at no additional cost.
